In this four-hour workshop, we explore how mentorship fits into good leadership. We ask students to discuss their experience with mentorship and why mentorship is important. We emphasize career development for protégés and how mentors can help them set effective goals. We conclude with a discussion of how to build a culture of mentorship across the organization.
