Drew Masur is the Media Director for Evil Genius Leadership Consultants, LLC, an executive and leadership coaching firm based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Before joining the firm, Drew served proudly for twenty-five years in the United States Air Force before retiring at the rank Major in December 2014. Just before retiring, Drew served in many communications and cyber leadership positions. In his most recent position he was the chief of cyber surety for US Air Forces in Europe and Africa. In this position Drew highlighted cyber threats for a two Major Commands and made recommendations on steps for mitigation and supported contingency plans for the theater.

Drew started his career leading a team of 15 communication professionals in as a Network Control Center director for the wings and missions supporting Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. Following that he led cyber planning efforts to support Air Mobility command in its mission to provide global airlift throughout the world.  Finally, Drew was appointed a deputy squadron commander for a combat communications unit in Guam providing tactical communications options for contingencies and humanitarian assistance throughout the Asian theater.

Drew is a graduate of Troy State University and was commissioned in 2002 through the Officer Training School and was winning awards for both written communications and public speaking. He also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration from McKendree University in 2007 and a master of Arts in International Relations from Webster University in 2009.
